Implementation

  • Project Management
    We create independent project management plans for each project first and then integrate other similar project’s details, by capitalizing on the learning from other implementations eliminate the tendency to make mistakes and do better in the coming projects. We are into project management for all software domains. We also provide consulting for our clients purely for Project Management.
  • Business Analysis
    We have exposure in various domains and provide Business Analysis consulting in those and for BI, Client Server and Internet Applications.
  • BI product implementations
    In tandem with the clients guidelines we work out the implementation requirements and accordingly shortlist the product to be used, create a plan to manage the various stages for better handling and control.The Client is involved at each step and plays the all important role of deciding whether the finished product is functioning the way that was required. There is a pilot release and Users feedback is taken. On final product release the Users are given training on the product. We also provide Solution Architecture consultation independently.
